At the New Brighton Hotel, you'll have access to our four floors of bars. Choose from Corso Bar for all things Sport, the Taproom for a range of drinks and food with stunning views, Shark Bar for an epic night out or the Rooftop Bar for a session in the sunshine.

No matter what the occasion, we have something to suit everyone.

Corso Bar

Upon entering the hotel, a feeling of nostalgia may hit some with the fully refurbished bar showcasing the best of the Manly area, bringing the hotel to life. Corso bar houses 32 tap beers and ciders, and there is no better spot in Manly to sit down and watch the people stroll through the Corso.

The ground floor is the perfect spot to catch live sport with 8 massive plasmas showing everything from the mighty Sea Eagles to all the major UFC events, and sports from around the world all live and loud.

Our head chef has designed an extensive modern Australian menu with dishes that will have you coming back for more. Plus, be on the lookout for great live acts booked throughout the weeks that will keep you entertained well after sunset.

The Taproom

The Taproom is located on level one of the New Brighton Hotel, and offers some of the best experiences in Manly. During the day take in the fantastic view of Manly and Shelly Beaches from our wrap-around balcony and grab a bite to eat while you enjoy a cocktail or two.

Featuring a huge range of craft beer and spirits, we’re slinging beers, boilermakers and cocktails ‘til late.

Rooftop Garden Bar

Set on the top level of the New Brighton Hotel with uninterrupted views over Manly Corso, Manly Beach and all the way to Shelly Beach, The Rooftop Garden Bar is Manly’s best kept secret. The Rooftop has it all!

Come soak up the sunshine while sipping cocktails. Featuring a wide variety of food and beverage options, the menu at The Rooftop is sure to keep you coming back for more. The Rooftop is a destination for those who enjoy a relaxing day and a drink whilst overlooking one of Australia’s most beautiful beaches. Don't forget your sunscreen!

Shark Bar

Shark Bar has been iconic within Manly’s entertainment scene for over 10 years now and is constantly looking for ways to provide the ultimate night out on the Northern Beaches. Shark Bar is currently partnered up with the famous Yours & Owls team, to bring our locals the best live music around!

Since its reincarnation, Shark Bar has played home to some of Australia and the world’s top bands with acts like Dear Seattle, Phil Jamieson, DICE, Peach Fur, Crocodylus and The Moving Stills just to name a few.

Opening from 7:00 pm on Saturdays, for an epic weekly free show, with scattered ticketed shows throughout the month. When your evening becomes a night out, you need to hang out at our Shark Bar to tear up the dance floor and enjoy some great music.
